American Drapery Systems is a long standing family-owned and operated business started in 1977. The company started as a commercial drapery workroom serving the upper Midwest. As the company continued to grow over the years, a “family of brands” began to form and the original owners’ children, Berek and Josh took over sections of the company and eventually, 5 years ago, took over the business.
The family of brands grew to consist of American Drapery Systems, American Track Supply, Blackout Curtains, and CustomCube. Now, American Drapery Systems, Inc. has over 45 years of experience supplying commercial window coverings, draperies, cubicle curtains, curtain track and hardware.
When Berek and Josh officially took over the business, the main strengths they noticed in the businesses were that the company started by providing services and there was a need to turn the services they offered into products they could sell and help their customers install at an affordable prices and were easy to install. The family of brands specialize on products in specific and individual fields, which is why they have remained separate to this day.
Now in 2023, Berek and Josh are still owners of all four companies in the family of brands and work with their team of experts to provide solutions combining style, form and function. They have expert knowledge in the drapery space and provide quality products and superior service.
